Through our Entrepreneurship, Education and Exchange (EEE) at Living Proof we guide and mentor our partners into achieving their business and social goals. We are proud of our work with underserved communities, assisting them in their fight for equity and equal access business and education opportunities; to become community and business leaders.

Jupiter Café began as a Bronx based initiative of a Dominican coffee farmer to help small plot coffee farmers in African, Brazil, Caribbean, and Papua New Guinea gain tariff free entry into the USA . It has now grown to provide technical and on the job training in coffee supply chain, herbs, and tea, and now with legal cannabis supply chains in New York.

Living Proof and Jupiter Cafe has secured over 200 career and professional opportunities and developed new leaders in a communities historically neglected in investment and disproportionately impacted by cannabis prohibition. Putting into practice our EEE strategy Living Proof and Jupiter Café train local and international youth from justice involved communities in coffee, tea, food and cannabis businesses/supply chains to prepare them to succeed as entrepreneurs in the current and future economy of global trade and commerce.
